Peppa Pig and George in Halloween costumes greeting visitors at Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida

Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida is a small, separately ticketed park for preschoolers in Winter Haven, next door to LEGOLAND Florida and about 45 minutes from the main Orlando theme parks. The official site pitches it at children aged 2 to 5, and that is who gets the most from it. Online tickets start at $32, against $64 to $69 at the gate, and most families see everything in three to five hours. Buy ahead, arrive for the 10 a.m. opening, ride Daddy Pig’s Roller Coaster and the Dinosaur Adventure first, and save the Muddy Puddles splash pad for midday. Parking is paid and shared with LEGOLAND, so many families add LEGOLAND on a combo ticket.

The date picker below is for the 1-Day with Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida ticket, from $34 on GetYourGuide with a 4.2/5 rating from 28 reviews, a small sample. Online prices change by date, so check yours before you plan the rest of the trip.

What Peppa Pig Theme Park is

Peppa Pig Theme Park opened on February 24, 2022 as the world’s first standalone Peppa Pig park. It fills 4.5 acres with six gentle rides, six themed play areas, a splash pad, a cinema and live character shows, all sized for preschoolers and the adults riding beside them. The park recreates places from the TV show: Grandpa Pig’s greenhouse, George’s fort, Madame Gazelle’s nature trail and Miss Rabbit’s diner.

It is not part of LEGOLAND. It sits a short walk from LEGOLAND’s front gate and shares the parking lot, but it has its own entrance and needs its own ticket, a combo ticket or a qualifying annual pass.

Who it suits, by age

  • Under 2: free entry. Babies can ride the balloon ride and the pirate boat, dig in the sand, use the splash pad in a swim diaper and watch the shows. A good add-on if an older sibling is doing LEGOLAND.
  • Ages 2 to 5: the park was built for them. Almost every ride is open to them, the shows are pitched at their level, and meeting a giant Peppa is a big moment.
  • Age 6: still fun for Peppa fans, who tend to go back to the coaster and the splash pad several times.
  • Ages 7 and up: one parent blogger at Celebrating With Kids wrote that “our five year old was kind of bored with this park, but when we did the splash pad, he lit up and we played here for about an hour.” Older children usually finish even faster and are happier at LEGOLAND.
  • Adults without kids: allowed. The park’s FAQ says it “welcomes guests of all ages,” and adults can ride every ride, but a child-free visit mostly suits superfans and photographers.

  • Germany: Peppa Pig Park Günzburg, next to LEGOLAND Deutschland, opened May 19, 2024.
  • England: Peppa Pig World is a themed area inside Paultons Park (2011), not a standalone park.

This guide covers only the Florida park.

How to get to Peppa Pig Theme Park from Orlando

The park is in Winter Haven, in Polk County. The park’s own estimate is 45 minutes from the Orlando theme parks and downtown Tampa; in real traffic, allow closer to an hour.

Parking

The park shares one lot with LEGOLAND Florida Resort, and you pay once per day even if you visit both parks. LEGOLAND sells regular and covered parking, and vouchers bought online before you arrive cost less than paying at the toll booth. Motorcycle and RV parking is paid at the booth. The booths open about 30 minutes before the park. Accessible spaces for placard holders are near the entrance. Preferred and Premium annual passholders park free. Parking adds a real share to the cost of a short visit, so check the current rate on legoland.com when you compare a Peppa-only day with a combo.

Shuttle from Orlando: the LEGOLAND Express

LEGOLAND runs the LEGOLAND Express, a round-trip shuttle that launched in May 2026. It costs $8 per person, children 2 and under ride free, and it runs on select dates only:

  • Pickup: ICON Park, 8401 International Drive, at 8:30 a.m.
  • Return: the bus leaves the resort 30 minutes after LEGOLAND closes.
  • Booking: reserve ahead on legoland.com, because seats are limited.
  • Disney Springs: Attractions Magazine reported a 9 a.m. pickup there in July 2026, but the official shuttle page lists only ICON Park.
  • Schedule: Visit Orlando listed the service on select dates from May 22 to October 31, 2026. Dates for 2027 had not been announced when we checked.

Peppa usually closes an hour before LEGOLAND, so Peppa-only riders can expect about 90 minutes of waiting for the bus home. We found no official statement saying Peppa-only guests can’t use it.

We found no Orlando to Winter Haven transfer on GetYourGuide. Your options are the LEGOLAND Express, a rental car, rideshare or a private transfer; private van companies quote around $150 one way from International Drive for up to seven people.

Peppa Pig Theme Park tickets and prices

A one-day Peppa Pig Theme Park ticket starts at $32 online on the official site. The official FAQ puts the front-gate price from $64 and the ticket page lists $69, so buying ahead roughly halves the cost. Children under 2 get in free. Online prices change by date, and quieter weekdays are usually cheapest.

Where to buy:

Discounts to know about:

  • The online price is already the discount, so you don’t need a promo code to pay about half the gate price.
  • LEGOLAND passholders have been offered $15 off a Peppa day ticket or $25 off a Peppa and LEGOLAND combo, according to the official FAQ, which may be out of date.
  • Military pricing is available through LEGOLAND’s military page.
  • Reservations are not required on top of a ticket.

The official FAQ still names “Elite” and “Gold” passes, while the pricing page uses Standard, Preferred and Premium. Go by the pricing page.

The combo pays off if you have a child over about 4 or more than one day in Winter Haven: one parking fee covers both parks, and the Peppa share of a $94 combo costs far less than a $64 gate ticket. Our LEGOLAND Florida with kids page covers LEGOLAND’s rides, heights and day plan, and our LEGOLAND Florida tickets, rides and tips guide adds prices, Fastrack and every ride by land.

Opening hours, crowds and the best time to visit

Peppa Pig Theme Park usually opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m., later on some event days. It runs year-round, but hours change by date, so check the official calendar for your day. On the day we checked, the official site showed 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Closed days: LEGOLAND’s help center says the park “operates daily from March through August 10th” and may be “closed on select Tuesdays” outside that window. Some resellers’ terms also list specific Tuesday closures, so check the calendar before you book a Tuesday.
  • Event days run longer: Halloween party days have run 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Quieter days: crowd data from Queue-Times suggests Wednesdays and Thursdays are often the quietest, and Saturdays and Sundays the busiest.
  • Busiest months: March, April and July (spring break and summer). January, February, September and early November are calmer.
  • Best time of year: late October to early December and January to February. Lines are short, highs sit in the 70s°F, and the splash pad still works on warm days. Summer works if you plan around the splash pad and arrive at opening.

Heat and rain:

  • Heat and shade: the park is mostly outdoors, and reviewers often wish it had more shade. On hot days, plan around the air-conditioned spots: the Cinema, the indoor seating at Miss Rabbit’s Diner, and the covered seating at Mr. Potato’s Showtime Arena.
  • Rain: Central Florida summer storms usually pass in under an hour, and outdoor rides pause for lightning. We found no published rain-check policy for Peppa, and the LEGOLAND Express terms say “no raincheck or refund in the event of inclement weather,” so assume no refunds for weather.

Every ride and attraction, with height requirements

The park has six rides. Three have a minimum height: Daddy Pig’s Roller Coaster (36 inches), Mr. Bull’s High Striker (36 inches) and Grampy Rabbit’s Dinosaur Adventure (34 inches and age 2 or older). The rest have no minimum. Adults can ride every ride with their child, and smaller children must ride with someone aged 14 or older.

Heights come from the official height-restrictions page. Some blogs list Mr. Bull’s High Striker at 34 inches; the official page says 36, so have your child measured at Guest Services if they are close. There is no train ride, despite what some lists say.

Shows and character meet-and-greets

  • Mr. Potato’s Showtime Arena: this covered stage is the main place to see Peppa, George, Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig. The official show, “Peppa Pig Comes to Play,” is an interactive sing-and-dance show of about 10 minutes. Third-party guides also list a “Treasure Hunt Adventure” show, which the official show page does not mention. Reviewers describe shows a few times a day, with meet-ups by the stage. Showtimes change daily, so check the official app or the board at the entrance.
  • Meet Baby Evie: the newest character, since June 2025, has her own meet-and-greet spot and makes a sweet family photo.
  • Photos: the iMagic photo pass is sold in the iMagic app and at Mr. Fox’s Shop.

New and seasonal additions

  • Baby Evie arrived in 2025.
  • Pig Family Travel Adventure ran on select dates from May 23 to June 28, 2026, with passport stamps, a scavenger hunt, a Miss Rabbit’s airplane photo spot and a pop badge, all included with admission.
  • Peppa’s Halloween Party 2026 runs October 3–4, 10–11, 17–18, 24–25 and 31, with trick-or-treat candy stations, Peppa and George in costume, Halloween episodes in the Cinema, an exclusive pop badge and themed food, all included with admission. One official page also lists October 9 and 16, so confirm before booking.
  • Christmas: we found no 2026 Peppa holiday event announced as of late October. LEGOLAND next door runs Christmas Bricktacular on select dates from November 21 to January 3, plus Kids’ New Year’s Eve on December 31. Check the Special Events page in November.
  • LEGOLAND next door opened its indoor Galacticoaster in 2026, one more reason to bundle the two.

Food and drink

Miss Rabbit’s Diner is the park’s only restaurant, a quick-service spot with indoor and outdoor seating. You can also bring your own snacks, meals that don’t need heating, bottled water and baby food.

The menu at Miss Rabbit’s Diner:

  • Kids’ menu: three-cheese grilled cheese, PB&J, chicken salad sandwich, baked mac and cheese, and pizza. Kids’ meals come with a fruit cup or snack pack and apple juice.
  • Adult menu: margherita flatbread, a grain bowl (rice, quinoa, black beans, roasted vegetables and an avocado-tomato “smash”), and a smoked brisket melt.
  • Treats: the Muddy Puddle Milkshake (chocolate or strawberry), cinnamon buns, and the Marshmallow “Mud” Cup with pudding, Oreo crumbs and gummy frogs.

Expect typical theme-park prices. One published review put pizza at about $10, a baked potato at about $8 and the brisket at about $17; those are older reported prices, and the current menu may differ. Reviewers on Wanderlog called the menu “pricey.” Eat early (11 to 11:30 a.m.) or late (after 1:30 p.m.) to miss the lunch rush, and let the milkshake be the souvenir.

Allergies: an allergy guide is reported to be available at the counter. Ask staff before you order, especially desserts.

Character breakfast: “Breakfast with Peppa” started on June 9, 2023 at Miss Rabbit’s Diner on Fridays and Saturdays, at $34.99 for ages 2 to 9 and $44.99 for ages 10 and up, plus park admission. Attractions Magazine reported it was extended to “each Saturday through Sept. 2, 2023.” We couldn’t confirm that it runs in late 2026.

Outside food and bags (official policy):

  • Allowed: bottled water; small snacks and meals that don’t need heating; food for medical or special dietary needs; baby food and formula; soft-sided insulated bags up to about 8.5 × 6 × 6 inches.
  • Not allowed: alcohol, glass, hard-sided coolers, wheeled coolers (school groups excepted), larger soft coolers, and food that needs heating or refrigeration.
  • Bag checks: all bags can be inspected.

Water: bring refillable bottles. Orlando Parenting Magazine reported one water refill station, near the restrooms.

What to bring and know before you go

  1. Swimsuit, towel and a full change of clothes for every child. The splash pad requires “proper swimwear” with no exposed zippers or metal, and swim diapers for kids 3 and under. There are changing rooms (reviewers say they’re a bit tight) but no lockers, so bring a wet bag.
  2. Sun gear: sunscreen, hats and a clip-on stroller fan, which the official first-timer guide also suggests.
  3. Strollers: the park is flat and easy with a stroller. Strollers, wheelchairs and ECVs can be rented at Mr. Fox’s Shop.
  4. Baby care: restrooms have changing areas big enough for older diapered kids, low sinks and toddler-sized toilets. We couldn’t confirm a dedicated nursing room inside Peppa; ask Guest Services.
  5. Payment: cards and mobile pay only.
  6. Download the official app for the day’s showtimes and wait times.
  7. Birthday? Pick up a free Birthday Button at Guest Services.
  8. Dress code: shirts and shoes are required outside the splash pad.
  9. Rider Swap: the official first-timer guide says it’s “available on select attractions.” Since most rides take adults with kids, you’ll rarely need it.
  10. Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before 10 a.m. The toll booths open about 30 minutes before the park. Go straight to the Dinosaur Adventure and Daddy Pig’s Roller Coaster.
  11. Check for ride closures. One Tripadvisor reviewer’s nearly 4-year-old had planned the trip around Daddy Pig’s Roller Coaster, which “would be closed for weeks.” Look at the official Temporary Closures page the week you go.

Accessibility

  • Certified Autism Center (IBCCES): staff have autism-sensitivity training. A detailed Sensory Guide rates every attraction for touch, taste, sound, sight and smell, and the ratings are posted at each attraction. Sensory kits and quiet areas have been reported.
  • HERO Pass: collect it at Guest Services. The pass holder, a helper and family (up to six people) board through the exit on their first ride of each attraction, and repeat rides get a return time.
  • Physical access: Peppa Pig’s Balloon Ride has a roll-in wheelchair basket. The splash pad is wheelchair-graded with transfer tables, the bike trail and George’s Fort are wheelchair-navigable, and Mr. Bull’s High Striker offers assisted transfer.
  • Parking: accessible spaces are near the entrance.

Peppa and LEGOLAND in one day

TimePlan
10:00–1:00Peppa Pig Theme Park: the two headline rides first, a show, then the splash pad last (or save the swimsuit for later)
1:00Lunch at Miss Rabbit’s or inside LEGOLAND
1:30–5:00+Walk a few minutes to LEGOLAND: DUPLO Valley for toddlers, Galacticoaster or LEGO Ninjago for older kids, plus SEA LIFE Florida if your combo includes it

One parking fee covers both. With children under 4, two easy days with an on-site hotel night are less tiring.

Two days, two parks (mixed ages)

  • Day 1: LEGOLAND at opening, then the water park in summer, if your ticket includes it.
  • Day 2: Peppa in the morning, SEA LIFE Florida after lunch, then the hotel pool.

Where to stay near the park

  • LEGOLAND Hotel and LEGOLAND Pirate Island Hotel are a short walk from Peppa’s gate. Rooms have separate kids’ sleeping areas with bunks, and packages include breakfast and parking. Packages advertise Early Park Access for on-site guests; check which park it applies to on your dates.
  • LEGOLAND Beach Retreat is a short shuttle ride away, with bungalow-style rooms, and usually costs the least of the three.
  • Chain hotels in Winter Haven, such as Best Western Plus Winter Haven, Holiday Inn Winter Haven and Home2 Suites, cost less and are a short drive away.

Nearby things to do:

  • Winter Haven Chain of Lakes: boat cruises and lakeside parks.
  • Historic Cypress Gardens: the botanical garden inside LEGOLAND.
  • Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales: a quiet garden with a carillon tower, roughly 30 minutes’ drive away.
  • Florida Children’s Museum in Lakeland.

Pros and cons

ProsCons
Built for toddlers: three of six rides have no minimum height, and the highest minimum is 36"Small: older kids finish it in an hour or two
Online tickets from $32, about half the $64–$69 gate priceParking can add a large share to a short visit
Short lines and a flat layout that works with strollersLimited shade, and hot in summer
A splash pad that kids of every age enjoyNo lockers at the splash pad
Strong accessibility and an IBCCES Certified Autism CenterOne restaurant, with food reviewers call pricey and average

Staff often praised in reviewsShort hours (often closes at 4 p.m.) and closed on some Tuesdays

Reviews split sharply, and the Tripadvisor average sits around 3.7/5 from about 110 reviews. Five-star reviews come from families with 2- to 5-year-old Peppa fans (“When I asked my son what his favorite part of the weekend was, he immediately said ‘Peppa Pig!’”). Lower scores come from parents of older kids, people who paid gate prices plus parking, and families who found a ride closed.

For a two- or three-year-old, Peppa is the easier first theme park day. Once your youngest is past 5, or you have older siblings, LEGOLAND carries the day, and our LEGOLAND Florida with kids page compares the two parks ride by ride. To weigh Peppa against Magic Kingdom, Universal and the other big parks, see Orlando theme parks compared. For the wider list of Orlando options, see our complete guide to things to do in Orlando with kids.

Is Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida worth the trip?

Yes, for families with Peppa-loving children aged 2 to 5, especially if you buy online and pair it with LEGOLAND. It is the calmest theme park day in Central Florida for that age: short lines, rides sized for small bodies, adults riding along, and home before naptime. Skip it if your youngest is 7 or older, your kids don’t know Peppa, or you would be paying the gate price plus parking for a two-hour visit; put that money toward LEGOLAND instead. Check your date on the Peppa Pig 1-day ticket, or on the LEGOLAND and SEA LIFE Florida ticket with the Peppa option if you are doing both parks.

Can you do Peppa Pig Theme Park and LEGOLAND in one day?

Yes. Do Peppa from 10 a.m. to about 1 p.m., then walk to LEGOLAND for the afternoon on a combo ticket. With kids under 4, two shorter days are more relaxed.
